Wild fermented, unsprayed rare & unusual apple varieties from the 2023 vintage blended with a small quantity of freshly pressed apples from the 2024 vintage all grown and handpicked in the Exe valley orchards we foster. Unfiltered and unfined with no added sulphites, sugar, sweeteners, yeast or preservatives. Just 100% fruit.

The addition of freshly pressed juice that had just begun a native fermentation gives this can a mouthwatering, sherberty juiciness that you only taste straight from the tank or barrel when juice begins to ferment.

Pairs really well with spicy foods, especially curry, and salty foods like fish & chips but made to drink on its own.

Serve well chilled if drinking without food or lightly chilled if pairing with food.
