Appellation 2020 - Extra Brut, Methode Traditionelle (Champagne method) cider, aged for over 2 years on Champagne yeast then hand riddled & disgorged. Red apple skin, honey and beeswax on the nose, creamy, fine bubbles and a vibrant sandstone-mineral and saline palate. Best enjoyed well chilled from a flute or tulip as an alternative to Champagne. 8% abv. 750ml

2022 Pet Nat Cider - Gluggable, naturally sparkling cider with ripe tropical fruit on the nose and grapefruit pith, bitter orange and wild herbs on the palate, with lingering soft grippy tannins. No added sulphites. 6%abv. 750ml

2023 Keeved Cider, Fieldfare - Only 300 bottles of this keeved cider were made with a select few sharp and bittersharp cider varieties still on the ground and trees when the winter finally became cold enough for keeving and fieldfares had flocked to the orchards to feast. It’s naturally apple-y and tropical with zingy hints of pineapple balanced by residual apple sugars and a lively fizz. As always 100% apples from the orchards we foster in the Exe valley. No added sulphites. 3% abv. 750ml
