Appellation, 2020 - Extra brut Methode Traditionelle (Champagne method) cider, aged for over 2 years on Champagne yeast. Red apple skin, honey and beeswax on the nose, creamy, fine bubbles and a vibrant sandstone-mineral and saline palate. Best enjoyed well chilled from a flute or tulip. 8% abv 750ml
